Every BY IZZY THE LABEL bag is handmade with care, making each piece truly unique. 

As our pieces are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice or sizing.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we’ll be happy to help resolve it as quickly as possible.
